There is plenty of infused liquor sold online in Vietnam, but buyers can rarely tell which bottle is traceable and which is spiked with industrial alcohol or colouring.

Viet Distillery does not distil. Our job is to choose producers with complete paperwork, check every order and deliver it to you, so all you do is pour.

One producer who does it properly,
not a hundred unknowns.

Not every bottle of infused liquor sold online has a production licence, a product declaration and a lab report. We chose Núi Mường in Lào Cai because it has all three, tastes consistent from batch to batch, and is made from real fruit aged 18 months. The Mulberry is Việt Thành Mulberry liqueur, an OCOP-certified product by Việt Thành Cooperative in Yên Bái, a sister producer of Núi Mường.

No colourings, no flavourings. The colour comes from the fruit, so slight variation between batches is normal.

Questions buyers often ask

How strong is it?

The fruit flavours and Herbal Leaf are around 18-20% ABV, lighter than Vietnamese rice spirit (35-40%). The exact figure is printed on each label. It is still alcohol, so pour small and sip slowly.

Which flavour is easiest for a first try?

Apricot: gently sweet and the easiest to drink. For clearly sour, choose Salted Apricot; lightly tart, Plum; richer and sweeter, Mulberry. Not sure? The 4-bottle combo lets you try all four.

How should I drink it?

Chilled, in a small glass, is when the sweet-sour taste is clearest. Over ice it is lighter and lasts longer. Salted Apricot with soda and a slice of lime is great on a hot day.

Any colourings or flavourings?

No. The colour comes from the infused fruit, so slight variation between batches is normal.

Apricot, Plum, Salted Apricot and Herbal Leaf are Núi Mường liquor by Thủy Phương Private Enterprise (Lào Cai City), with production licence No. 85/GP-PKT, a Quatest 1 lab report and product declarations. Mulberry is Việt Thành Mulberry liqueur by Việt Thành Agricultural Service Cooperative (Trấn Yên, Yên Bái), a sister producer with its own product declaration. Viet Distillery is the distributor and does not make the liquor.

Do you sell to under-18s?

No. We sell only to people aged 18 or over and may refuse delivery if the recipient is under age.

Inspection, exchanges and returns
  • You may open and inspect the parcel before paying. Wrong flavour, wrong quantity, leaking or damaged bottles: refuse the parcel at no cost.
  • Problems found after acceptance (leak, wrong flavour, missing bottle): tell us on Zalo 0775 982 251 within 48 hours with a photo or video and we replace the bottle and cover shipping.
  • Opened bottles cannot be returned for reasons of taste, as this is a food and drink product.
Privacy
  • The details you give us (name, phone, address) are used only to confirm and deliver your order and for after-sales care.
  • They are shared with the courier only as needed for delivery, and never sold or passed to other third parties.
